In this adventure Ares is given his own city by Zeus because most of the other gods want to banish him from Olympus because of his ruthless ways. In the last episode only accept the wheat tribute in storehouses for horse ranches because the agoras won't recognize it. This is my first adventure and I want to thank Bob T for all of his help with the editor. Hope everybody enjoys this adventure, it is my first and feel free to mail me about any bugs: firstname.lastname@example.org
I've gotten a few mails about my unorthodox map. I was trying to simulate a great city reduced to rubble, and one of the player's labors for backing Ares is to clean up his mess!

First off thank you for mentioning my name as a helper. Personally all I did was try to answer a few questions for you and help you on your way to a great adventure with some interesting map design. You did a great job on adventure number one.
The gameplay and storyline was excellent and I will look forward to many more from you.

Very fun adventure and a great storyline! I went into a more detailed discussion on the Map Editing forum, but I have a burning question: How did you get the rubble on your parent map? I can think of some good storylines using that rubble on your beginning map. Can you put rubble in your colonies, too? I remember in Pharoah, there were a few episodes where some buildings already existed on the map, and sometimes even a poorly laid-out city which you had to salvage quickly. Those were exciting. If it's possible to get rubble on your map in Zeus, is it possible to get buildings, too?
Anyway, very fun adventure... looking forward to more from you.

For all of you who want to know where the rubble came from, I used everyone's favorite cheat........"Fireballs from Heaven!" The best part about that is when you right click on the rubble you get the same message as if a buiding actually collapsed!

Having problem in the episode "Patience pays off". I have to defeat Hector. Unfortunately in the panel for Achilles Hall, there is no text where there is usually an order to build a sanctuary for either Athena or Hephaestus. There is a check box. I can fulfil the other criteria immediately but I cannot make the hall worthy of Achilles and now Hector is destroying my city. HELP!

Help again. Episode 8: Feeling very smug, having conquered left right and centre, having summoned Theseus and on my way to subjugat the last city, Lyrnessus, I was not immediately put out at being attacked by Talos until I realised that to attract Jason I required horsemen companies and horses and I have NO horse ranches.

An exceptionally fine effort especially for a "first time" adventure. Once the little glitch was resolved things went really smooth and overall it was very satisfying. I really loved the map and story line.
