Well, you asked for comments, but if you are one of those who just can't take criticism, please leave me out of it. You asked, I answered.
The main thing, to me, is that you left the quest too late. It was too easy to meet all the requirements in the first episode, then wait, wait, wait until the quest finally came along. In my opinion, the timing is off.
(If it makes you mad that I said that, I just don't want to hear about it. Too bad. Let the Germans have their hissy-fits.)
I thought that missing the .txt file was a serious loss, but ok, let's flow with that. Major gripe is the timing on the quest. It was bad enough that, without some sort of goal in the missing adventure.txt file, I just didn't want to continue. Needs a story.

Difficulty level: Mortal
Some of the quests and monster arrivals were long in waiting, particularly in the final episode.
I didn't like the fact that I could import all the Sancuary building materials from one trade partner. The tribute received of stone was excessive.
Re-ordering the Sanctuary construction to take better advantage of their benefits would of helped.
Map Design: 2
Far too much meadow, so Demeters Sancuary beneifits were never utilized.
There was not any text/instructions.
