Gods, Monsters, Immortal warriors and the Centaurs will all be trying to destroy your city, and it is your duty to turn Delos into a powerful military and economic stronghold. This adventure is average, or maybe even above average in difficulty.
The first few episodes are purely economic, while the last two are purely military. Out of the two colony episodes, one is economic, and the other one is military.
You will be able to produce bronze, grapes, fish and meat in your parent city.
In this adventure you will be trying to improve your economy, make some money, found colonies, defend your city against the invaders, monsters, gods, and finally - conquer the centaurs!!!
I've completed this adventure in two different difficulty levels, and so far I have not found any bugs or mistakes.

With no taxation, money is very tight. Accumulating storage targets for heroes has been a very long, tedious process. I probably made a mistake by consuming some of my oil. Even when pressing my own from olives, the fact that the olives had to be imported should have told me to build two blocks of tenements instead of one block of townhouses.
I set aside 32 armor and 32 wine for my colony, but the colony (Elis) received only 8 of each. Was that deliberate, or did one set of values get edited without the other changing to match?
I've again done the unnecessary, building an elite block at Elis when I have no military goals (given the military opportunity, I thought I would need to stave off an invasion). I think I'll withhold Demeter's last statue while I pile up some tax money and go stomp my rivals into vassals to enrich my home city after my return :)
Having a high military rating for Elis could also come in handy later. |

Thanks for a small feedback. I've done that deliberately with setting aside goods, because if you had received what you had put aside then the adventure would become too easy.

Nice to play a game where you cant collect taxes, it prevents the economy from being so ridiculous easy whan having a large city with many estates. More of those please!
(Just started the episode, will soon begin the first colony. play at olympean, and everything looks great) |

Where can I learn how to deal with the military challenges? I've been a wargamer for almost 40 years, but this adventure still ground me into the dirt three times. It looks impossible and broken to me, but others have found some escape. What did I miss? |
