Playability & Balance: 4
It's not a particularly hard campaign; no disasters to speak of, no godly invasions, no monsters, and no rivals; you just have to figure out where you can build. I wish the game wasn't quite so brutal on blowing structures up during the floods, but it can't be helped. I think the colony could have been made more difficult; I blitzed it out in about 2 years.
-1 for giving me a hippodrome, but no horses or wheat; that's cruel :P
Creativity & Map Design: 5/5
A classic floodplain kinda map; it makes it actually challenging to build out your city, especially with the 10k pop goal on the final mission.
Guidelines were good; easily understood and fun to execute on the missions. Decent script.
Enjoyable campaign for people who like the city-building aspects and the "rule via trade" option of world domination.
