Notes:
1. The big empty space in the middle is an 8×8 pyramid: Grand monument to the Sky, Major Shrine, Altar/Temple of Olympus and Museum Atlantika will fit.
2. While you build the pyramid, one of the houses in the inner ring can’t be placed. When the pyramid is finished, you can add that house.
3. University and Inventors’ Workshop are outside the block
